Report Non Paying Buyer in iOffer and Get Your Final Value Fee Back

Ioffer is one of the best selling market ever, this selling market is good for your ebay alternative. But they have some disadvantage, one of the disadvantage is the fee is credited when buyer sent offered, this is make us sick with the final value fee, because over 50% buyer from this selling market are Non Paying Buyer (NPB).


A transaction is eligible for a Non Paying Buyer (NPB) for this condition :

• the buyer has not paid for the item between 21 - 45 days after the completed transaction date
• you sent 2 invoices to the buyer

But dont worry, ioffer give you solution for this, you will get fee credit back, after report this buyer as non paying buyer, check the step below:

STEP 1

Click on the left panel Selling->item sold

STEP 2

Click View Details as image shown below.

STEP 3

Click  File Non Paying Buyer, now your fee are credited back into your ioffer balance.

Congratulation your credit back now.....!!!!
