dan untuk registrasi awal apakah kita memerlukan kredit card/ atau juga bisa pakae vcc?

yups untuk awal limited kita akan mendapatkan limited 1295usd untuk incoming dan outgoing transaksi per 90 hari, limit bisa ditambahkan dengan memverifikasi address, credit card dll, jadi di moneybooker berbeda setiap type verifikasi akan menambah jumlah transaksi kita, kalo tidak salah skitar 3000an usd penambahan setiap jenis verifikasi...maaf saya agak lupa, silahkan langsung ke sitenya saja :P
